Prioritize and qualify your deals
Combine ICP fit and deal health to decide which deals to push, which to save and which to qualify out.
Two reads tell you where to spend your time. ICP fit says whether the company is worth winning. Deal health says whether the deal is winnable right now. Put them side by side and every account gets a clear next step.
Read the two signals
- ICP fit shows how the company matches your ICP, attribute by attribute, color coded: green is ideal, yellow is not ideal and red is a no-go. A red attribute is a dealbreaker, however well the meeting went.
- Deal health gives the deal a score, a label and its weakest areas, built from what the buyer has said. More in Spot deals losing momentum.
You'll see both on the Companies page, on each company page and in the meeting summary.
Triage from the Companies page
- Open Companies. Each company shows its deal health score and its ICP flags: yellow for not ideal, red for no-go, and a count of attributes that are still unknown. Hover the count to see which ones.
- Sort by Deal health to line your deals up by score, or by Most recent to start with the companies you just met.
- Open a company and check Buyer attributes to see each answer and the reasoning behind it, with what the buyer said.
Sort your deals
- Good fit, healthy deal: prioritize it. Keep the pace with the suggested moves on the company page.
- Good fit, at risk or stalled: worth saving. Find the weakest area and work on that first.
- Good fit, no score yet: it's early. Get a real discovery meeting on the calendar so Scalign has something to read.
- Poor fit or a no-go: qualify it out or move it to nurture, even if the conversation felt good.
Ask in Claude or ChatGPT
With Scalign connected, try these. We tested each one on real data:
- "Compare [company A], [company B] and [company C] on ICP fit and deal health. Which should I prioritize?"
- "Should I keep working [company]? Check ICP fit and deal health."
- "How healthy is the [company] deal, and what's weakest?"
From a company page in Scalign, ask the assistant "Is this a good fit?" to see which attributes match and which don't.
