What does Scalign do?

Scalign turns every sales conversation into a tailored next move for that specific buyer. Most call tools tell you what happened — Scalign tells your reps what to do next: walk into the next call with the 3 Whys and the reframes that closed similar deals, then leave with follow-ups in the buyer's own words and a CRM that updates itself. It's a living playbook that gets sharper with every deal. The same buyer context also flows to marketing, customer success, and revenue leaders.

How do I get started with Scalign?

It's easy and quick! Connect your calendar and CRM, set a few initial ideal buyer characteristics, and Scalign uses what buyers have actually cared about, questioned, and responded to in past conversations to inform meeting prep and follow-ups.

Who is Scalign built for?

Scalign is built for B2B revenue teams that sell through conversation, typically with 2 or more reps and a goal of making a sales process more consistent and buyer-driven. Pure product-led-growth (PLG) companies and teams that rely heavily on phone or in-person selling without video calls are not a good fit at this time.

Can marketing or customer success teams benefit from Scalign?

Yes, while sales reps are the primary day-to-day users today, Scalign creates shared buyer understanding that benefits the broader revenue team. Marketing and customer success teams can learn from real buyer interactions to better understand what resonates, where buyers get stuck, and how expectations are set. Today, these teams benefit from shared buyer context and historical learning rather than running daily workflows in the platform.

What outcomes can teams expect from using Scalign?

Higher win rates, because reps walk in knowing what moves this buyer. Shorter cycles, because every follow-up advances the deal instead of stalling it. Messaging that lands, because it's built from what buyers actually say. And buyers who trust you, because every call feels like you've been paying attention.

What languages does Scalign support?

Scalign currently supports conversations in Bulgarian, Catalan, Czech, Danish, German, Greek, English, Spanish, Estonian, Finnish, French, Hebrew, Hindi, Croatian, Hungarian, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Lithuanian, Latvian, Malay, Dutch, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Slovak, Swedish, Thai, Turkish, Ukrainian, Vietnamese, and Chinese.

How long does it take before Scalign starts delivering useful insights?

Right away. Your first calls already sharpen prep and follow-ups, and after 5-10 buyer meetings Scalign is surfacing the patterns and next moves across your deals.

Do I need historical calls or a fully defined ICP for Scalign to work?

Scalign recommends starting with an initial ideal customer profile hypothesis so conversations can be analyzed meaningfully and insights are grounded in the right context. That hypothesis doesn’t need to be perfect. Scalign helps you refine it over time based on what actually resonates with buyers.

Can I import historical meetings or CRM data to speed things up?

Yes, Scalign can import CRM data (such as names and roles) and historical call transcripts to accelerate learning. Importing data is optional and not required to start seeing value.

What tools does Scalign integrate with today?

Scalign is built to work with your existing stack. CRMs such as Hubspot, Attio, Pipedrive and Salesforce. Note takers such as Fathom, Fireflies and Fellow. Communication tools: Gmail, Outlook and Slack. LLMs: Claude and ChatGPT.

Do you replace our CRM or sit on top of it?

It sits on top. Scalign doesn't replace your CRM. It turns the data already in it into the next move for each buyer, and syncs what it learns back so your team isn't managing two systems.

Could Scalign replace any of our existing tools?

Yes, Scalign could replace your existing notetaker.

How does Scalign differ from standard AI notetakers or call summary tools?

AI notetakers tell you what happened. Scalign tells you what to do next. A notetaker recaps one meeting; Scalign turns every conversation into the next move for that specific buyer and analyzes patterns across all your deals: which objections recur, what messaging lands, how buyers behave by stage. It preps reps before the next call, not just after.

How is Scalign different from a CRM?

Your CRM stores what happened. Scalign tells you what to do next. CRMs track deal stage and contact fields; Scalign reads what buyers actually say across calls to prep reps with the 3 Whys, flag what's resonating, and surface patterns no CRM field captures then syncs it back, so you're not managing two systems. The same buyer context also informs marketing and customer success.

What actions can be performed by the assistant?

You can create tailored follow-up emails for specific buyers, send calendar invites, create or move deals in your CRM, and ask questions about your data, all directly in the assistant.

Can I get my follow-up emails directly in Gmail or Outlook?

Yes! Follow-up emails can be sent directly through Gmail or Outlook.

What happens if prospects or customers refuse to be recorded?

You can always choose to not transcribe a meeting. Scalign is built for teams that use call recording as standard practice since buyer insights are generated from recorded conversations. If a call isn’t recorded it won’t contribute to analysis, but as long as the majority of calls are recorded, Scalign can still deliver meaningful insights.

Can Scalign capture insights from phone or in-person meetings?

We do not offer an out-of-the-box solution for phone meetings, but we could integrate with / import any transcripts you may have from such calls. In-person meetings could be recorded by using the desktop recorder functionality.

Do you offer a desktop recorder?

Yes, desktop recording is available on the Pro plan.

Is there human control over what gets surfaced or used?

Yes, Scalign lets you have human-in-the-loop controls. Teams decide how insights are reviewed and applied to the action items.

Is Scalign priced for smaller teams or only large orgs?
