Ask anything about a meeting

Ask the assistant about any meeting in plain language: what was agreed, what worried the buyer, what they said about budget and timing.

The assistant sits at the bottom of every page in Scalign. Type a question about a meeting and read the answer without leaving what you're doing.

Ask from the meeting page

  1. Open the meeting in Scalign.
  2. Click into the search-and-ask bar at the bottom of the page. The meeting comes along as context automatically, so you don't have to say which one you mean.
  3. Ask your question. Copy any answer straight out to paste it elsewhere.

Questions to try

  • "What did we agree on, and who owns each next step?"
  • "What concerns did the buyer raise, and which are still open?"
  • "What do we know about their budget and timing so far?"
  • "Who else needs to be involved before they can decide?"
  • "Write a short recap I can send my manager."

Ask about the whole account

Ask from a company or stakeholder page to bring that record along instead, for questions like "What has changed since our last meeting?" or "What does [name] care about?"

Pick up where you left off

Closed the assistant mid-question? Reopen your last conversation from the search-and-ask bar and carry on.
