Get the most out of Scalign: Customer Success

Best practices for CS: take over accounts with full context, prep renewals and QBRs, and catch risk and expansion signals early.

Everything said in the sales process stays with the account, so CS starts from what the customer actually asked for. These questions work in Claude or ChatGPT with Scalign connected. We tested every one on real data.

Take over an account with context

Before your first call, read why they bought, who's involved and what sales promised.

  • "Give me a handoff brief for [customer]: why they bought, who's involved, what was promised and what's still open."

Prep renewals and QBRs

Go in knowing what the customer set out to achieve and what they've said since. Connect your email so the answer covers email threads as well as meetings.

  • "Prep me for a QBR with [customer]: what they wanted to achieve, what they've said since, and any open issues."

Catch risk early

Check your accounts for concerns, product issues and silence. A customer you haven't met in months is a signal too.

  • "Did [customer], [customer] or [customer] raise any concerns or product issues in the last 30 days?"

Spot expansion

  • "Has [customer] mentioned new teams, hiring or other use cases?"

Record your customer calls too. Check-ins and QBRs feed the same account playbook as the sales meetings did.
