A rep's daily workflow in Scalign
Scalign fits into your day-to-day sales work, so every meeting becomes a living account playbook and the next moves to advance the deal. Here's the flow.
1. Capture the meeting
Record with the in-meeting assistant, or the desktop recorder for virtual and in-person meetings. Everything said feeds the account's playbook, so nothing is lost and nothing needs typing up.
2. Follow up while it's fresh
In the meeting summary, your follow-up is ready the moment the meeting ends, drafted in the buyer's own words and tied to what they said. Review it, send it, done in seconds.
3. Work the deal from the playbook
On the company page, your suggested moves show the best next actions to advance the account, and the CRM updates itself from the meeting. The same page holds the reasoning behind each move:
- The 3 Whys — why they'd change, why now, why us, so you can make the case.
- The buying committee — who's in, who's missing, and how to win each one.
- Compelling events — the deadline actually driving the deal.
4. Prep the next meeting, person by person
Before your meeting, open the account view for the full picture. Then open a stakeholder page to see what that person cares about, their real quotes, and their stance, positive, neutral, or skeptic. Walk in knowing exactly who's across the table and what moves them.
5. Anytime, in Claude
Connect the MCP and ask about any deal or person in plain language, right where you already work:
- "What's my next move on [account]?"
- "Who's missing from this deal?"
- "What does [name] care about?"
