Review your pipeline health
Run your weekly pipeline review on deal health: see which deals are on track, which are slipping and why, without chasing reps for updates.
Deal health scores every account from what buyers say in your meetings and email, and updates after each one. Review it across your pipeline and you see which deals are slipping, and why, before the forecast call.
What deal health looks at
- Understanding the deal: pain, champion strength and the buying committee.
- Commercial alignment: customer value, competitive standing and commercial fit.
- Buying momentum: urgency, buying readiness, momentum and mutual execution.
Every area comes with a short note and the meeting quotes behind it. When there isn't enough evidence for an area, it's left out, and a confidence note tells you how solid the overall read is.
Run your weekly review
- Get the list. In Claude or ChatGPT with Scalign connected, ask: "Show deal health for the accounts we met in the last 7 days, lowest score first, with what changed since the last update."
- Open the company page in Scalign for each deal near the bottom. Read the headline and what changed since last time.
- Look at the weakest areas and the quotes behind them. That's the conversation to have with the rep.
- Check the suggested moves and actions on the same page to see what's planned and whether commitments are getting done.
Questions to ask
- "Which deals had their health score drop at the latest update, and what caused it? Show when each score was last updated."
- "Who owns the budget on the [company] deal, and how do we get to them?"
- "For the deals we met in the last week, which health scores are low or medium confidence, and which pillars have no signal yet?"
Coach from the evidence
Every score links back to what was said, so you can coach from a specific quote. After the rep's next meeting, the meeting page shows how the score moved around that meeting and which areas moved it.
