Invite workspace members
Add teammates to your Scalign workspace from Settings → Members, so everyone works from the same accounts and connections.
Your team works in one shared workspace: the same companies, meetings and connected tools. Invite teammates so their meetings build the same account playbooks as yours.
Invite a teammate
- In Scalign, go to Settings → Members.
- Add your teammate's work email and send the invite.
When a teammate signs up on their own
Someone who signs up with a company email is offered to join the colleagues already on Scalign, or to ask an admin to let them in. That way everyone ends up in one workspace instead of several.
Give a teammate the admin role
Admins control integrations, member management and buyer profile settings without being workspace owners. Give the role to whoever runs your tools or your ICP.
Share your connections
Connect an integration once and share it with the workspace, so new members get the same connected data without setting it up again. For a CRM, an admin turns on Share with the workspace on the CRM card. Each person still connects their own CRM user to get notes written for their own meetings. See Connect HubSpot for an example.
