Connect Slack

Connect Slack and Scalign sends you a Slack message when a meeting recording is ready to review, so you can open the summary and next moves while the meeting is still fresh.

Connect Slack

1. In Scalign, go to Settings → Connections.
2. Under Slack, click Connect.
3. Pick your Slack workspace and click Allow. You're sent back to Scalign with Slack connected.

Choose what you're told about

Under Settings → Notifications, turn Slack messages on or off, and click Send Test Notification to check they arrive.

Permissions

• chat:write — send you messages from the Scalign app.
• users:read, users:read.email — find your Slack user by your email address.

Scalign does not read your channels or messages.

Disconnect

On the Slack card under Settings → Connections, click Disconnect. You can also remove the app from your Slack workspace settings.
