01
What does Scalign do?

Scalign helps go-to-market teams act on buyer reality. It uses real buyer conversations to give reps clear direction on who the buyer is, what they care about, and how to move them forward before, during, and after each conversation. Scalign carries what’s learned from buyer conversations forward, so every next interaction builds on real buyer context.

02
How do I get started with Scalign?

Getting started is simple. Connect your calendar and CRM, set an initial ICP hypothesis, and Scalign uses what buyers have actually cared about, questioned, and responded to in past interactions to inform meeting prep and follow-ups.

03
Who is Scalign built for?

Scalign is built for scaling B2B teams that want their sales motion to reflect how buyers actually buy. Pure product-led-growth (PLG) companies are not a good match.

04
Can marketing or customer success teams benefit from Scalign?

Yes, while sales reps are the primary day-to-day users today, Scalign creates shared buyer understanding that benefits the broader GTM team. Marketing and customer success teams can learn from real buyer interactions to better understand what resonates, where buyers get stuck, and how expectations are set. Today, these teams benefit from shared buyer context and historical learning rather than running daily workflows in the platform.

05
What outcomes can teams expect from using Scalign?

Scalign improves go-to-market efficiency by helping teams understand who the buyers are, what they actually care about, and how they respond at different stages of the journey. Teams use that understanding to guide future conversations: leading to clearer messaging, more relevant interactions, and more consistent deal momentum over time.

06
What languages does Scalign support?

Scalign currently supports conversations in Bulgarian, Catalan, Czech, Danish, German, Greek, English, English (Australia), English (United Kingdom), English (United States), Spanish, Estonian, Finnish, French, Hebrew, Hindi, Croatian, Hungarian, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Lithuanian, Latvian, Malay, Dutch, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Slovak, Swedish, Thai, Turkish, Ukrainian, Vietnamese, and Chinese.

07
How long does it take before Scalign starts delivering useful insights?

Scalign delivers value immediately by improving meeting prep, follow-ups, and shared context. Broader insights compound over time as conversations accumulate. Most teams start seeing clearer direction after 5-10 buyer meetings.

08
Do I need historical calls or a fully defined ICP for Scalign to work?

Scalign recommends starting with an initial ideal customer profile (ICP) hypothesis so conversations can be analyzed meaningfully and insights are grounded in the right context. That hypothesis doesn’t need to be perfect. Scalign helps you refine it over time based on what actually resonates with buyers.

09
Can I import historical meetings or CRM data to speed things up?

Yes, Scalign can import CRM data (such as names and roles) and historical call transcripts to accelerate learning. Importing data is optional and not required to start seeing value.

10
What tools does Scalign integrate with today?

Scalign integrates with common CRM systems such as Hubspot and Attio, and other meeting recorders such as Fathom and Fireflies. It’s built to work with your existing stack.

11
Do you replace our CRM or sit on top of it?

Scalign does not replace your CRM. It sits on top of existing tools to turn stored data into a clear next-step direction.

12
Could Scalign replace any of our existing tools?

Yes, Scalign could replace your existing notetaker.

13
How does Scalign differ from standard AI notetakers or call summary tools?

Scalign is not a simple notetaker. Standard AI notetakers summarize individual meetings, while Scalign analyzes recorded sales conversations to help reps understand what resonates with buyers and prepare better for future calls. Those insights can also inform revenue leaders, marketing, and customer success by showing what consistently works with different buyer types.

14
How is Scalign different from a CRM?

CRMs store customer and deal data, while Scalign analyzes recorded buyer conversations to help revenue leaders and reps understand what matters to buyers and how to move deals forward. Those insights can also inform marketing and customer success, without replacing their existing tools.

15
What happens if prospects or customers refuse to be recorded?

You can always choose to not transcribe a meeting. Scalign is built for teams that use call recording as standard practice, since insights are generated from recorded conversations. If a call isn’t recorded it won’t contribute to analysis, but as long as the majority of calls are recorded, Scalign can still deliver meaningful insights.

16
Can Scalign capture insights from phone or in-person meetings?

We do not offer an out of the box solution for phone meetings, but we could integrate with / import any transcripts you may have from such calls. In-person meetings could be recorded by using the video call functionality.

17
Is there human control over what gets surfaced or used?

Yes, Scalign lets you have human-in-the-loop controls. Teams decide how insights are reviewed and applied.

18
Does Scalign offer a free trial or pilot?

Yes, Scalign offers a free trial of up to 10 recorded meetings.

19
What should we expect to measure during a trial?

During a trial, teams typically look for reduced prep time, clearer patterns in what resonates with buyers, and whether insights from calls are applied in later deals. If reps prepare differently and managers can point to repeatable patterns across conversations, the trial is working.

20
Is Scalign priced for smaller teams or only large orgs?

Scalign uses seat-based pricing, making it accessible for smaller teams while scaling with usage. You’re not paying for unused capacity or enterprise-only features.

21
What currency is used for billing?

All subscriptions are billed in Euros (€).

22
How can I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are automatically renewed each billing cycle. You can cancel at any time, and you’ll continue to have access to Scalign until the end of your current billing period.
